Prophet Dr. Martin Kofi Danso is a highly respected minister of the Gospel, widely celebrated for his prophetic gifts, apostolic leadership, healing ministry and global philanthropic initiatives.

A life coach, accomplished author, gospel singer, philanthropist,and father, he is perhaps best known in Canada as founder of Miracle Arena for All Nations, a vibrant, multicultural church in the heart of Toronto. Thousands of congregants gather for the weekly services, while over 20,000 participate online.

He is also the founder of Prophet Kofi Danso Ministries, a global ministry working to transform the lives of others by elevating leaders to their fullest potential.

Prophet Dr. Martin Kofi Danso was called to ministry at an early age. After receiving this life-changing message in a vision, he became actively involved in full time ministry in 1998 and founded his first church in 2000. Soon he became the youngest preacher in the nation of Ghana to have airtime on national TV.

After he moved to the Netherlands in 2001, he founded God’s Ambassadors Ministries International. As his ministry began to grow, so did the demand for his message. Because of this, he established churches in Amsterdam and Spain, while reaching out with ministries in France, Italy, Ghana, the Caribbean, Mexico and eventually Canada.

Over the past quarter century, Prophet Dr. Danso has ministered in over 31 countries across five continents. He is also the author of numerous books, including bestsellers such as The Act of Revival, The Church as a Clinic, and The Passion of Soul Winning.

Prophet Dr. Danso is married to Pastor JoAnne Danso and is a committed father to their eight beautiful daughters. They often travel the world together, preaching, teaching, and delivering the Lord’s message.

Under the banner of Prophet Kofi Danso Ministries, the couple have led important philanthropic ventures, including donating food, clothes, and money to families in need in the Bahamas, Haiti, and the Islands. The ministry also provides housing to the widowed and orphans in Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, the Caribbean, Ghana, and Canada.

Widely recognized for his outstanding leadership and philanthropy, Prophet Dr. Danso received the Canada Glass Award for being a “noble and excellent leader” in 2014. In recognition of his outstanding ability, achievements, and devoted service to humanity, he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity by the Canadian Christian Theological Seminary of Calgary, Canada, in 2015.

In September of 2022, Prophet Dr. Martin Kofi Danso was honoured in Washington, D.C. with a special award signed by President Joe Biden. In a ceremony organized by The Caribbean and African Faith-Based Leadership Conference (CAFBLC), Prophet Dr. Danso received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. In the same ceremony, held at the National Press Club in the U.S. capital, CAFBLC honoured Dr. Danso with its own Global Humanitarian Leadership Award.

The awards ceremony, centered on the theme of “United in Faith for Social Change,” was held in collaboration with the United States 51st Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference.
